Medicine Ball Standing Twists use the momentum of the ball through a full range of motion to bring out visible oblique definition.

Stand with feet hip-width apart holding a medicine ball at chest height. Rotate your torso side to side, letting the ball travel with your shoulders, while keeping your hips facing forward so the movement comes from your core rather than your legs.
