Exercise: "jumping rope" by Ryvr

More info / tips / proper technique:

Hold a jump rope, one end in each hand. Spin it from in back of you, over your head, and down in a large circular motion, and jump over the rope as it taps the floor, so the rope can keep going in a continuous motion. Experiment to find an steady rhythm or double-jump rhythm to your hops.
