Exercise: "sitting on heals toes tucked under" by Ryvr

More info / tips / proper technique:

Start in the position of Sitting on the heels. Sit up a litte off your heels, and gently tuck of five toes on both feet under/down, like you are crouching on your toes. Be careful to go very slowly. This can hurt you if your stretch all your weight down. Try to stay with a very light stretch in your toes. If you feel a lot of strech anywhere besides your toes (e.g. your achilles tendon), back off on it and go much gentler.
